DISCLAIMER - This online course does not earn NZQA credits. It is a learning aid for the NZQA externally assessed AS90976 exam. Completing this online course and competently completing the online assessment should provide the learning necessary to succeed with the NZQA externally assessed AS90976 exam.

3 to 5 hours 
per week

A certificate of achievement is awarded for averaging 55% and above overall for all graded assessments, to successfully demonstrate understanding, recognizing and/or describing accounting concepts for small entities.

A certificate of achievement with merit is awarded for averaging between 70% and 84% overall for all graded assessments, to successfully demonstrate in-depth understanding, to explain accounting concepts for small entities.

A certificate of achievement with excellence is awarded for averaging 85% and above overall for all graded assessments, to successfully demonstrate in-depth understanding, to apply accounting concepts showing a clear relationship to the small entities.

Certification

You will receive an instructor-signed certificate with the institution's logo to verify your achievement to highlight the knowledge and skills you gain.  Achievement for completing this course is equivalent to 3 New Zealand academic credits at Level 1. 120 New Zealand credits are equivalent to one year's full-time study with, for example, 360 Level 5 to 7 credits earning a 3 year Bachelor’s degree, 180 Level 8 and above credits earning a Master’s degree.
